tempvs fvgit et verba volant sed scripta manent... abovt history, writing, classics, and historical fiction
Happy New Year! I've been reading your story about the Spanish Armada and it's very well written! I'm so happy you're finally sharing some of your writing. What happened to the story about Lade though? I'd still love to read about it.
Happy New Year.
Meg, thanks! :-)You're very kind, because what you read is "nanowriting", which is as close to quality as I guess it may be a lucky shot... :-PThe story about Lade and the Ionian Revolt is waiting till I get my head over the last details so I can happily head towards Marathon... I tried to write more during last year and it was hard to focus, I guess I'm Nanowrimo carnage, but I'll finish it, no doubt, I can only beg your forgiveness and pray your patience, as one of my liveliest fans... :-)Again, happy new year and power to the keyboard! ;-)
Gab,thanks! Happy new year to you as well, and as a kind of "three wise men" gift (which is a tradition held in Spain, not that I follow it, but giving and getting gifts is soooo cool :-) I can only tell you that the little writing I can read from you (time, time, who has time?) only gets better and better with time...If you keep this pace I'll have to learn German so I can enjoy all of your writing! :-PWell, I dunno why I'm complaining, at least I can read English... It would be much worse being forced to wait till you got translated...Thanks for all and great new year!!!
